I love my wind chime so much so that I’ve had several friends lose their fur babies in the past few months, and I’ve purchased one of these to help comfort them in their time of loss. I reached out to the company directly after placing my order with a request, and not only was my request met with compassion and understanding, but they did everything in their power to go above and beyond in regard to delivering my request. We received our chime fairly quick after ordering and immediately hung it on our back patio where we spend a lot of time.
